"My Piper Lou order showed up in..."
My Piper Lou order showed up in good shape. I got the email confirmation and receipt right away, so I was keeping an eye out for it. The box had a small dent when it arrived, but everything inside was totally fine and nothing was damaged. Maybe a little extra padding would be nice, but overall I was happy with how it came.

"Nice designs, just caught me at a bad time"
There were a lot of design options to look through, and I did end up finding a few I really liked. It took me a while to decide, but that was probably more because of bad timing on my end than anything else.

I’m not even kidding, piperloucollection.com was probably one of the easiest sites I’ve ever ordered from. I found what I wanted super fast, didn’t have to click around a million times, and checkout was completely painless. No confusing steps, no weird surprises, nothing. "Print faded way too fast"
I really liked the design when I first got it, so it was frustrating when the print started cracking and fading after just a few washes. I even washed it inside out like you’re supposed to, so dealing with that was more stress than I expected from a shirt. The fabric is comfortable, which is nice, but for the price I was hoping it would hold up a lot better. I’m not sure I’d buy another printed one.

"Nice little gift idea"
I got this for her birthday, it ended up being a solid choice. She opened it up and seemed really happy with it, so that was a win. The only thing was the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but other than that, it worked out great.

Ordered from Piper Lou and the shipping was quick. I got my stuff in around a week, maybe even a little less? Tracking updated fine for the most part, just not like every single day. Overall I’m happy with how fast it showed up. Giving 4 stars cuz the packaging was okay, nothing fancy or anything.

I got my refund in the end, it just took a few days to show up. I’ve had refunds from other places take around the same amount of time before, so it wasn’t too surprising. Everything got sorted, so I’m fine with it.

I had a question about my order and, once customer service got back to me, they were really helpful. They explained what was going on clearly and got the issue fixed without turning it into some ridiculous back-and-forth.

The only reason I’m taking off a star is because the reply took longer than I expected. Still, everyone was nice and the problem got handled, so overall I had a good experience.
